This console mounts across the vehicle above the windscreen. The shelf is designed for mounting radio(s), speakers, map lights and for storage. The shelf has a plywood frame, steel mounting brackets and a padded vinyl finish. The top of the shelf is carpet lined. Radios can be screwed onto the top of the shelf in any position, using the mounting bracket supplied with the radio.
